What Do You Think of the Plan?

looking at the plans they look great and I am very excited to have this coming (hopefully in the near future)!!  Living at West End Village this intersection improvement will be greatly utilized by my subdivision and other subdivisions near me.  One minor connection question I have with this proposal is why the sidewalk on NAPA's property will not connect to West End Plaza?  Seems like the sidewalk at West End Plaza is already there and this would be in the scope for this project to connect it.  It appears to look like West End Plaza side walk will dead-end into a parking lot which then you would need to go around to the other sidewalk to access the bus stop.  I can understand there might be a big embankment there and the cost is not worth it, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention.    Really I am just excited that the sidewalk will go from downhill all the way to West End Village's sidewalk though... I really really appreciate that for safety!!
