Consultation has concluded
The City of Steamboat Springs has initiated a planning process to prepare a Comprehensive Parks, Recreation, Open Space, Trails and River (PROSTR) Master Plan. The plan will provide a 10-year vision for parks, recreation, open space, river and trails, as well as an action plan for implementing this vision.
The plan will outline recommendations for all aspects of the Steamboat Springs park system, including the park system mission and goals based on community demand, supply and needs analysis.
Throughout the planning process, the team will affirm goals and objectives, analyze trends and demographics, evaluate supply and demand, and provide recommendations and priorities for improvements throughout the parks, recreation, open space, trails and river system.
