Pine Grove Condominiums - South Entrance Closure: July 7-18

Construction at the South entrance (Ore House Plaza – South) will take place July 7–18 and includes storm sewer installation and driveway improvements.

Access Impacts

• The South entrance will fully close during this time
• The North entrance remains open for access
• Work primarily effects residents of Pine Grove Condominiums and The Pines Condominiums

Resident & Traffic Reminder

• Residents of The Pines should use existing entrance/exit routes
• Expect increased traffic through the Pine Grove Condominiums lot
• Please follow all traffic signage and watch for pedestrians

Temporary Bus Stop Relocation

• The nearby bus stop has temporarily moved closer to the Pine Grove Road & Central Park Drive intersection
• Follow posted signs and use caution near the City Market delivery entrance when accessing the stop

All businesses will remain accessible during construction. Consider alternative routes, and thank you for your patience as the city completes this important infrastructure project.
