New Fire Station & City Hall Project Comes Before Planning Commission

New Fire Station & City Hall Project will come in front of Planning Commission tonight, March 9, 2023 at 5pm. The Applicant is proposing a City Campus to be located off 10th Street between Lincoln Avenue and Oak Street. The City Campus will include existing Centennial Hall on Oak and 10th Street, a new three-story 17,000 sf City Hall on the corner of 10th and Lincoln Ave, and a new Fire Station on the corner of 10th and Oak St. The proposal includes partially closing 10th Street to vehicular traffic, a plaza area between the proposed Fire Station and existing Centennial Hall, and other site improvements to serve the City Campus, such as parking, landscaping, and sidewalks.
